If you have canceled an appointment within 24 hours of the date and time your appointment, then your appointment cannot be canceled and there is no refund of payment. In this instance, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment for a future date. Alternatively, you are also eligible to receive a gift voucher equal to the original payment received for your appointment. This voucher can be redeemed by you or anyone you give the voucher to. It is valid up to 1 year from the date of your original appointment date and time.
