These terms apply to readings, demonstrations, events, gift certificates, courses, coaching and the practice apps offered at kennedymorganmedium.com. Booking a session or enrolling on a course means you accept them.

This site is operated by Kennedy Morgan, working as Kennedy Morgan Medium, based in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Kennedy Morgan Medium” mean the same thing. You can reach us at Support@KennedyMorganMedium.com.
Private readings, group readings and demonstrations are booked through our booking page, which is powered by Skudie. When you book, you agree to give accurate details and to pay any amount due for that session. Prices and availability are set by us and may change.
Online payments are handled by third-party payment providers — PayPal, Mercado Pago or Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. A booking that requires payment is only confirmed once payment has been received. Some bookings may be marked “pay at the time of service”, in which case payment is taken in person.
Sessions may be delivered online by video, in person, or as a home visit where you provide the address at the time of booking. For online sessions you are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment.
Appointments. You can cancel from your booking account at any time. A cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start is eligible for a refund to your original payment method. A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start is not eligible for a refund. If we cancel your booking, the same window applies and, where a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method.
Arriving late, and not arriving. Please be on time — a session is held for you and cannot usually run past its slot. If you arrive late and there is not enough time left to give you the session properly, it has to be rescheduled, and the original payment is not refunded. If you do not attend at all and do not cancel beforehand, the payment is not refunded. This is the same for online sessions: if you cannot connect and have not told us in advance, it counts as a missed session.
Events and tickets. Tickets are valid only for the named event, date and time, and are non-refundable unless we cancel the event. Each ticket carries a unique QR code used for entry — keep it secure, as anyone presenting it may be admitted. Tickets cannot be bought once an event has started. If we cancel an event, ticket holders are notified and refunded where payment was made.
Gift certificates. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date they are issued and may be used toward any reading. They apply to appointments only and cannot be used for event tickets. They are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value except where the law requires otherwise.
Account credit. Where credit is issued — for example when you cancel a paid booking and choose to keep its value — it is applied automatically to future bookings and expires one year after it is issued or last topped up. Credit is not redeemable for cash.
Neither gift certificates nor account credit may be resold, and we may withdraw either in the event of misuse or fraud.
When a refund arrives. Where a refund is due, please allow up to 30 days for it to reach your original payment method. In practice we issue refunds a good deal sooner than that — the outside limit reflects the schedule our outsourced accounting works to, not how long the money sits with us. If 30 days pass and you have not seen it, write to us and we will chase it.
Enrolling on a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course’s material for as long as your enrolment is active. Courses may run in groups with set start dates, and lessons may open week by week rather than all at once — the schedule is shown on the course page before you enrol.
Course fees are non-refundable. Enrolment gives you the whole curriculum, and the material is available to you from the moment you join, so course payments cannot be refunded once enrolment is complete. Please read the course page and ask us anything you are unsure about before you enrol — we would far rather answer questions first than have you join something that is not right for you.
Students who complete a course keep access to its curriculum as alumni. Live classes belong to the group you enrolled with; alumni access covers the written and recorded material, not future live sessions.
Live classes are held by video. We record attendance and your progress through the lessons. If a live class cannot go ahead, we will reschedule it or make a recording available where possible.
One-to-one mediumship coaching is arranged directly and paid for in the same way as a reading. The cancellation window in section 3 applies to coaching sessions.
ESP Tracker, Tarotra, the charm casting board and the assessments inside the course are provided for practice, reflection and personal exploration. Results are not scientific measurements. A twenty-five card Zener run averages five correct by chance alone, and a strong score is not evidence of anything in particular. Treat them as a way to notice patterns in yourself over time, not as a verdict.
Readings, demonstrations, courses and coaching are offered for spiritual insight, comfort and personal growth. Nothing offered here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and should not be taken as such. If you are unwell, in crisis, or facing a legal or financial decision, please speak to someone qualified to help you with it. Where an impression about health arises in a session, it is offered as an observation and never as a diagnosis.
Mediumship is interpretive. We cannot promise that any particular person will come through, that specific information will be received, or that a session will produce a given outcome. What we do promise is our full attention and honesty about what we receive and what we do not.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a reading or enrol on a course.
Sessions are not recorded without consent. If you would like a recording of your own session, ask and we will arrange it. Kennedy may keep private written notes from a session; those are for his reference and are never published or shared.
We reserve the right to record sessions for promotional use — for example a demonstration clip or a video for the site — but only with the consent of everyone involved, asked for in advance. You are free to say no, and saying no changes nothing about your session.
Some parts of this site require an account — the student portal, and the booking page. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; deleting it does not remove records we must keep for completed transactions, tax or legal reasons.
If you submit a testimonial, you are giving us permission to publish it on this site, together with the first name and last initial and the location you provide. Nothing is published until it has been read and approved. Ask us and we will remove yours.
Course lessons, recordings, worksheets, the charm casting board and the writing on this site belong to Kennedy Morgan Medium. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, republish or use them to teach others without written permission, and you may not share your student login so that others can reach material they have not paid for.
Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain access to accounts or areas that are not yours, interfere with how the site runs, submit false information, or use the site to harass anyone. We may suspend or remove access where these terms are broken.
This site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from any session, course or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Mexican consumer law.
We may update these terms as the services change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
