What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. People come to this work carrying things they have told almost nobody. We treat that seriously.

When you book a reading or buy a ticket: your name, email address, phone number, the session you chose, and — for a home visit — the address you give us.
When you buy a gift certificate: your name and email, and the recipient’s name, email and any message you write for them.
When you create a student account: your name, email address and a password, which is held by Google Firebase Authentication and never visible to us.
As you work through a course: which lessons you have completed, and the results of the assessments you choose to take — the clair assessment, chakra balance and Zener card practice. These are saved to your student record so you can see them on your dashboard, and so Kennedy can support your development.
When you send a testimonial: your name, where you are from, your rating and what you wrote, plus an email address if you give one so Kennedy can reply.
When you use the contact form or follow for updates: your name, email address and your message.
Automatically: ordinary web server records such as your IP address and browser, kept to keep the site secure and working.
Sessions are not recorded without your consent. Kennedy may keep private written notes from a session for his own reference; those are never published or shared. We may ask permission to record a session for promotional use — a demonstration clip, or a video for this site — and that only ever happens with the consent of everyone involved, asked for in advance. You are free to say no, and it changes nothing about your session. What is said in a reading stays between us.
Your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal, Mercado Pago or Stripe, who send us only confirmation that a payment succeeded. Your student password is likewise held by Google Firebase and never reaches us — which is why we can reset it for you, but never tell you what it was.
We share information only with the services that make this work, and only so far as each of them needs it:
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small amount of information in your own browser: whether you chose English or Spanish, and a sign-in token so you are not asked to log in on every page. That stays on your device and is never sent to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Student records and course results are kept while your enrolment is active and while you have alumni access, so your dashboard keeps working. Contact messages and testimonial submissions are kept while they are useful and then removed. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

We are in Mexico, and the services above operate internationally, so your information may be handled in other countries. We use established providers who are contractually bound to protect it.
This site is meant for adults. Readings and courses are for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are held by Google rather than by us, and access to student and booking records is limited to Kennedy. No system is perfect, but we do not keep more than we need, which is the best protection there is.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the version published here is the one that applies.
